Before & after satellite pics show damage caused by floods in Libya

Before and after images taken by a satellite have revealed the physical damage caused by floods in the eastern Libyan city of Derna. Multiple dams burst under the pressure from excessive rainfall due to Mediterranean storm Daniel. At least 11,300 people have been killed, and 10,100 are reported missing as a result of the floods.
