Belrise Industries enters aerospace & defence via UK acquisition

Belrise Industries Ltd has acquired 100 percent stake in Chester Hall Precision Engineering Holdings through its UK arm, entering aerospace and defence. Chester Hall supplies Airbus, Collins Aerospace, and Safran and generated £18.5 million revenue in CY25. The deal is valued at £13.2 million or 6x EV/EBITDA, and strengthens Belrise’s global presence.
