Bengal chose democracy over fear: Rupali Ganguly on BJP lead

Anupamaa star Rupali Ganguly said "Bengal chose democracy over fear" as Bharatiya Janata Party led in early trends of the West Bengal Assembly Elections. Her remark was seen as a veiled dig at All India Trinamool Congress. She also thanked CRPF personnel, saying they ensured "peaceful voting despite every challenge."
