Bengaluru airport hits 400 million passenger milestone

Bengaluru’s KIA has achieved a major milestone by handling 400 million passengers since its launch in 2008. In 2025–26 alone, it recorded 44.47 million passengers, with strong growth in both domestic and international traffic. The airport also saw significant cargo expansion and improved global connectivity, strengthening its position as a leading aviation hub in India.
