The Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) Metro line is projected to open by mid-2026, announced Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) Managing Director, M Maheshwar Rao. The stretch between the airport terminal and Hebbal is expected to begin operations between June and September 2026.
