Bengaluru has designated 90 official feeding zones for stray dogs to support animal welfare, public health, and urban cleanliness. The initiative promotes safe coexistence by encouraging regulated feeding, reducing aggression, and aiding vaccination and sterilisation efforts, while ensuring feeding takes place only at approved locations under civic guidelines.
