Bengaluru man allegedly strangles girlfriend over marriage dispute

In Bengaluru’s Kodathi area, 24-year-old Ranjitha was allegedly strangled by her lover, Ayyappa, following a marriage dispute. Both are from Ponnampet, Kodagu. Ayyappa, who was already married, had separated from his wife but was living with Ranjitha in Bengaluru. Varthur police have arrested the accused, and her body has been sent for post-mortem.
