Bengaluru's Namma metro fares likely to rise 5% from February 2026

Namma Metro in Bengaluru fares are set for an annual increase from February, as per the recommendation of the Fare Fixation Committee (FFC), which suggested up to a five per cent hike in ticket charges every year. The move comes barely a year after BMRCL implemented a steep fare revision in February 2025 that raised ticket prices by up to 71%.
