Bengaluru sees highest housing price growth among major cities in 2025

Bengaluru recorded the highest housing price growth among major Indian cities in 2025, even as overall momentum in the residential market slowed, a PropTiger report said. The city saw average prices rise 13%, marginally higher than the 12% increase in 2024. Overall, housing price rise growth slowed to 6% in eight major Indian cities in 2025.
