Bengaluru startup builds India's first private ramjet engine

Bengaluru-based defence and aerospace startup Hyprix, founded by engineers Devmalya Biswas and Divyanshu Mandowara, has successfully developed India’s first private supersonic ramjet engine, 'Tezz'. The duo is now working on 'Kira M1', a 155mm ramjet-propelled artillery shell to boost India’s firepower. Their innovations mark a breakthrough in India’s private strategic manufacturing sector.
