Bengaluru techie electrocuted during Kali River rafting

A Bengaluru techie, Mahesh, died after receiving an electric shock while river rafting in the Kali River near Ganeshgudi, Uttara Kannada. Reports claim a resort water pump caused current leakage into the water. His friends survived with minor shocks. Police have registered a case and are investigating alleged negligence by the resort management behind the tragic incident.
