Bengaluru to get 5 Guarantee Seva Kendras for civic services

Bengaluru will get five Guarantee Seva Kendras, one in each city corporation zone, under a proposed PPP model. Modelled on Passport Seva Kendras, they will offer services including e-khata, trade licences, and birth and death certificates under one roof. General applications are expected to be processed within 48 hours, while those requiring field verification may take up to 72 hours.
