Bengaluru's major tourist and heritage destinations are set for upgrades. Tourism Minister KJ George has approved a ₹2 crore revamp of the KSTDC Mayura Hotel and directed officials to complete the Government Museum renovation within six months. Bal Bhavan and the Venkatappa Art Gallery will also be improved, with plans for better facilities and year-round cultural programmes.
