Bengaluru trekker spotted CEC Rajiv stranded at 12,000 ft in remote U'khand village

CEC Rajiv Kumar was forced to spend a night in sub-zero temperatures in a remote Uttarakhand village after his helicopter made an emergency landing due to bad weather. Kumar, along with two pilots and election officials, was spotted wandering in sub-zero temperatures by a Bengaluru-based trekker. They provided the group, stranded at 12,000 feet, instant noodles and lit a bonfire.
