Bengaluru woman sues Rapido over ₹20 lakh hospital bill

Sani Krishna, a Bengaluru resident, has reportedly sued Rapido after a bike taxi accident allegedly left her with a hospital bill of nearly ₹20 lakh. She alleged that after sending a legal notice to the company, she received only automated emails directing her to insurance claims process. Sharing her ordeal online, she raised concerns over passenger safety, insurance coverage and accountability.
