Bengaluru-based unicorn Perfios to raise ₹1,900 crore from Kedaara

Bengaluru-based fintech unicorn Perfios signed a deal to raise around ₹1,900 crore from Kedaara Capital via primary fund raise and secondary sale. This marks one of the largest investments in an Indian B2B SaaS company this year, Perfios said.
