Bessemer may join Sarvam AI's $250-mn funding round as Accel opts out: Report

US-based Bessemer Venture Partners expressed interest in joining the $250-million funding round of Bengaluru-based Sarvam AI at a $1.5-billion valuation, Moneycontrol reported. This comes as Accel reportedly opted out of the round while the other two strategic investors, Nvidia and HCLTech, are still engaging on the deal. "The final close will still be a few weeks away," a source said.
