Best to have few rounds of financing before IPO: Binance CEO

Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao at an event in Singapore said, "For an IPO perspective, it's probably best to have a few rounds of financing before that." He added that Binance's US unit may raise a "couple hundred million" dollars soon. Speaking on crypto regulation, Zhao said, "We want regulation, I am not a complete libertarian, I'm not an anarchist."
