Bestselling British novelist Jeffrey Archer passes away a day before publication of final novel

Jeffrey Archer, the bestselling British novelist and former politician, has died aged 86, his publisher HarperCollins said on Monday. HarperCollins said he had died suddenly and peacefully, "between writing sessions." His final novel, "Adam and Eve", is due to be published on Tuesday. Archer sold more than 300 million books in his five-decade writing career, including 'Kane and Abel'.
