Bewildering: BYJU'S on lenders' claim it hid $500 mn via US arm

BYJU'S called the allegations made by lenders during a US court hearing that it hid $500 million through its US-based subsidiary BYJU'S Alpha "bewildering". "This is entirely incorrect. We categorically deny these allegations," the edtech startup said. "The transfers were in full compliance of and did not contravene any terms of the parties' Credit Agreement," it added.
