Bezos' ex-wife MacKenzie donates $26 billion in 5 years, now among world's top donors

Billionaire Jeff Bezos' ex-wife, MacKenzie Scott, has become one of history's largest donors after her cumulative donations in last five years hit $26.2 billion, Fortune reported. Scott accounted for a third of US' total $19.2-billion megagift donations in 2025. An X user said Scott's donations are making the world a "worse place", to which Elon Musk replied, "Sadly, yes."
