Bezos-backed EV maker sues Trump govt for 'full refund' of tariffs

Jeff Bezos-backed EV maker Rivian has sued US government for a full refund of tariffs paid under President Donald Trump’s "Liberation Day" taxes, which Supreme Court ruled unconstitutional. In April, Rivian CFO Claire McDonough said she expected the company to receive refund in "tens of millions of dollars". The lawsuit comes as Rivian rolls out R2, its first mass-market SUV.
