Bharat Forge Q4 consolidated net profit falls 17.5% to ₹ 232 Cr

Bharat Forge reported a 17.5% year-on-year decline in its March quarter consolidated profit to ₹ 232.57 crore. The company's bottom line was reportedly impacted by an exceptional loss of ₹ 98.7 crore during the period. Meanwhile, revenue from operations grew by 17.53% to ₹4,528 crore, and the board recommended a final dividend of ₹6.50 per share.
