Bharti Singh moves HC to quash FIR over hurting religious sentiments

Comedian Bharti Singh has moved Punjab and Haryana High Court to quash an FIR for allegedly hurting Christian community's religious sentiments. In the petition, she submitted that no offence was made by her under IPC Section 295A and sought a stay on an investigation by Punjab Police. Justice Sudip Ahluwalia will hear the petition on Monday, said Bharti's counsel.
