Bhayandar woman loses ₹2.39 lakh in online job scam

A 29-year-old Bhayandar woman lost ₹2.39 lakh to cyber fraudsters in an online part-time job scam. The victim was lured with promises of attractive commissions for completing tasks like submitting likes and reviews. Despite initially depositing ₹1,200 as earnings, the fraudsters emptied her bank account within 24 hours. Police have registered a complaint.
