BHEL sues Karnataka Power Corporation over ₹542 crore dues

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has filed a commercial lawsuit against Karnataka Power Corporation Ltd. (KPCL) to recover outstanding dues worth ₹542.14 crore. The case relates to payments owed under a contract for a unit of the Bellary Thermal Power Station, an exchange filing said. The suit has been filed before the Bengaluru City Civil and Sessions Judge.
