Bombay HC grants bail to lawyer Surendra in Bhima-Koregaon case

The Bombay High Court granted bail to lawyer Surendra Gadling in the Bhima-Koregaon case, citing prolonged incarceration since his 2018 arrest and parity with co-accused. However, Gadling will remain in jail as his bail plea in a separate 2016 Gadchiroli arson case is still pending before the Supreme Court.
