Bhubaneswar records hottest day in March since 1948 at 44.2°C

Bhubaneswar on Wednesday broke a 73-year record when the maximum temperature went up to 44.2°C, the highest recorded temperature for the month of March since 1948, according to the Meteorological Centre. The capital city of Odisha also recorded the highest daily temperature across India on Wednesday, as per the centre.
