Bhutan dedicated Stupa 76 among 108 Buddhist stupas consecrated at Gelephu Mindfulness City to PM Narendra Modi, honouring his commitment to India-Bhutan ties. Union Minister Kiren Rijiju attended the ceremony on Lhabab Duchen, held in presence of Bhutan's King. Over 40,000 volunteers, monks and artisans built the stupas in six hours on November 1.
