Biden calls Afghanistan a 'godforsaken place'; Taliban responds

US President Joe Biden while addressing war veterans in San Diego said that he'd been to "every part" of Afghanistan and added, "It's a godforsaken place." Following this, Taliban spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid reacted to Biden's remarks, saying, "Those making such remarks are doing so out of their frustration and envy for Afghanistan." US withdrew its troops from Afghanistan last year.
