Biden calls to congratulate Donald Trump on his victory, invites him to White House

US President Joe Biden called Donald Trump to congratulate him on his election victory and invited him to the White House to discuss the transition. Biden is also planning to address the nation on the election results. The Electoral College will vote in December to officially elect Trump as the US President.
