Biden govt acted irresponsibly by not talking to Russia: Rubio

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said ex-President Joe Biden's administration acted ''irresponsibly'' by shutting off communication with Russia. He said there has to be some level of communication between US and Moscow, irrespective of Ukraine. Rubio said it was irresponsible to not have two biggest nuclear powers on planet communicating, which was the case for three years under Biden.
