Biden’s granddaughter Naomi to hold wedding reception at White House

US President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden will host their granddaughter Naomi's wedding reception at the White House. Naomi, 28, will marry 24-year-old Peter Neal, who is studying law at the University of Pennsylvania.
