Ex-tennis player Patrick McEnroe said the Big three (Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer) fed off of each other because "they realised they were taking tennis to another level". Federer, who retired in 2022, won 20 singles Grand Slam titles. Nadal, who will retire after 2024 Davis Cup finals, has won 22 Grand Slam titles.
