Actress Pranitha Subhash, who's expecting her first child with husband Nithin Raju, has said the first thing that came to her mind after the positive pregnancy test was a big belly. "As actors, we're obsessed with our looks...But when you get pregnant, you slowly start to think...there's another human being (growing inside you)...That fact takes over your life," she added.
