Alibaba-backed grocery delivery startup BigBasket has reportedly acquired Bengaluru-based daily essential ordering platform Morning Cart. The deal has reportedly been signed and the Bengaluru-based Morning Cart team is set to join BigBasket. Founded in 2016, Morning Cart runs a subscription model to deliver morning and daily essentials such as dairy, meat, bakery and perishables.
