Online grocery delivery startup BigBasket has acquired online milk delivery platform DailyNinja. BigBasket Co-founder Hari Menon said that with the merger, it's aiming to achieve break-even "much sooner than planned" and grow its subscription-based milk and grocery delivery business by 150%-200% in the next 12 months. Media reports last year indicated the acquisition could be worth $20-25 million.
