Grocery startups BigBasket and Grofers have revived merger talks for a proposed deal which involves BigBasket acquiring smaller rival Grofers, reports said on Monday. If the deal goes through, the merged entity could raise $250 million from BigBasket investor, China's Alibaba. Grofers' investor, Japan's SoftBank, and other investors could also invest in the merged entity, reports added.
