Bihar a failed state, in deep s***: Prashant Kishor to Bihari diaspora in US

Jan Suraaj leader Prashant Kishor called Bihar "a failed state as it stands today on all developmental parameters". In a virtual interaction with the Bihari diaspora after the launch of the US chapter of Jan Suraaj, Kishor said that the state is in "deep s***'. He said the biggest challenge is that society has become "hopeless" about improving Bihar's situation.
