Bihar BJP MLA seeks release on probation in celebratory firing case

Bihar BJP MLA Raju Kumar Singh has sought release on probation of good conduct in the celebratory firing case that led to a woman's death in 2018. His counsel said that he has never been convicted and has been a six-time MLA. He was convicted of culpable homicide not amounting to murder by a Delhi Court on June 6.
