Bihar-born Kanishka Narayan named UK's first AI Minister

UK PM Andy Burnham named Bihar-born Kanishka Narayan as Minister for AI, making it the first AI ministerial role to attend Cabinet. Narayan, a Labour MP, was appointed Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State in Department for Science, Innovation and Technology in 2025.
