Bihar CM orders probe as under-construction bridge collapses for 2nd time

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Sunday ordered a probe into the incident of collapse of an under-construction bridge in Bhagalpur. According to an official order, the CM has asked authorities to identify those responsible for the incident. As per reports, this is the second time that the section of the bridge has collapsed.
