Bihar CM pays surprise visit to Vikas Bhavan, asks ministers to reach by 9.30 am

Bihar CM Nitish Kumar paid a surprise visit to Vikas Bhavan and Vishveshwarya Bhawan on Tuesday and found that some of the ministers were not present inside their chambers. After his inspection, he asked ministers and officers to reach their respective offices by 9.30 am. The CM expressed unhappiness over the ministers' absence, officials said.
