Bihar CM Samrat Choudhary's helicopter hovered mid-air for nearly 10 minutes shortly after taking off from Akshaywat Rai Stadium in Vaishali. As it remained airborne, journalists at the venue reportedly began running in panic. The helicopter later landed safely before taking off again.
