Bihar govt bans pan masala for 1 year; includes Rajnigandha, Bahubali

The Bihar government has banned manufacture, storage, distribution, transportation or sale of pan masala for a period of one year. The banned brands include Rajnigandha Pan Masala, Bahubali Pan Masala and Kamla Pasand Pan Masala. This comes after 20 samples of pan masala collected by the government were found to contain Magnesium Carbonate as an ingredient in it.
