Bihar govt gives tricycle to 15-yr-old specially abled girl, locals say it's broken

Bihar's Gopalganj district administration gave a tricycle to a 15-year-old specially abled girl named Soni after she was seen in a video walking to school. However, locals posted video of the tricycle, claiming it was second-hand and had broken and dysfunctional parts, making it difficult to use. Earlier, BJP MLA Maithili Thakur had posted a video seeking help for her.
