Bihar Guv represents India at Khamenei's funeral, pays tribute

Special representatives of the Indian government, including Bihar Governor Lieutenant General (Retd) Syed Ata Hasnain and MoS for External Affairs Pabitra Margherita, paid tributes to Iran's former Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei in Tehran. Earlier, PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti and Congress leader Salman Khurshid also paid their respects. Several religious leaders from India also paid tribute to Khamenei.
