Bihar labourer talks to journalist in English, says 'why not?'

A video of a daily wage labourer from Bihar talking to a reporter in English has gone viral. Surprised by the labourer, the journalist says, "English?", to which he replies, "Why not?" The labourer revealed he is a graduate from Bhagalpur University. "I am not able to find daily work. People are sleeping without food," he says in the video.
