Bihar launches doorstep screening campaign for NCDs

Bihar CM Samrat Choudhary launched a doorstep campaign for early detection and treatment of non-communicable diseases. People aged 30 and above will be screened for diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, cancers, COPD and other conditions. Health workers will offer free consultations, tests and referrals, while ASHA workers will conduct door-to-door surveys.
