Bihar Madrasa operator held in radicalisation module case, was in touch with Pak handler

Izhar Ulhaq, a Madrasa operator in Bihar, was arrested by Madhya Pradesh Anti-Terrorism Squad on Monday in connection with a suspected inter-state radicalisation module. He was allegedly in touch with a Pakistani handler. The total number of people arrested in the case has rose to four. Two people were arrested on Friday while a person was held on Sunday.
